US Marriage Visa

We advise you so that your happiness is complete

The Fiancé Visa is for US citizens who wish to bring a fiancé or who is a foreign citizen and living abroad in the United States for marriage.

If you plan to marry a foreign national outside of the United States, or if your fiancé already resides legally in the United States, you do not need to apply for a Fiancé Visa.

Eligibility requirements
If you are applying for a Fiancé Visa, you must show that:

  • You (the petitioner) are a United States citizen
  • You intend to marry your fiancé within 90 days of his/her entry into the United States.
  • You and your fiancé have full freedom to marry and any previous marriage must have been legally terminated by divorce, death, or annulment.
  • You met in person, at least once within the 2 years before submitting their petition.
